East District Relay Championships: Saturday 12th October, Deans HS, Livingston.

The teams have been selected and , along with the Team Managers (TM) for this event and are available here.

As this is the first event of the cross country season it has been tricky picking teams as we didn't have enough athletes across all the age groups to give everyone a run.

Can we ask that athletes report to their Team Manager at the club tent/club flag, at least 1 hour before their race.   This is to allow the TM to complete the declarations and collect race numbers. This will also allow you time to walk round the course and complete your warm up. All athletes must wear their club vest, please remember to bring safety pins with you as well. This course is suitable for cross country spikes.Details of the event and all the timings for the race can be found by clicking  here The first race is 12pm and it is the Junior females.

If you have been selected can you please rsvp by Friday October 4th

Please remember that is this is a relay event and if you don't run, your team is likely to be unable to run. If there is an issue and can no longer attend you should contact the TM via your coach as soon as possible.
